Neva is 9 months now and she has mastered waving Hi and Bye. She vocalizes and waves for "hi". And she has really been serious about splashing in the bathtub. Next video will be of her standing up, she would really rather stand up than mess around on her tummy. She is starting to act frustrated that she can't move when she's sitting on the floor so locomotion may be soon.

She is soooo cute, Shelly! I knew you and Carlos couldn't help but have a cute baby, but oh my gosh I can hardly stand it! She is SO fun!
